I Fell Off A Ladder A Year Ago And Severly

I fell off a ladder a year ago and severly brused inside my calf
It cured properly but since summer i noticed a kind of painful lump inside my calf.It was a small roundish lump and it looked like a big mosquito bite.A few days later it had gone so i gave it no importance.
However since then i hace about 3 to 6 of these( mosquito bite like lumps on outside and lumps inside) every two or three days they seem to come and go.
It is definitely not mosquito bites as this only happens in this precise area of my body for months now. What can it be?
Bad circulation? Tumours?
Im starting to be scared.
