I Fell On Cement Sidewalk A Week Ago Small Cut

I fell on cement sidewalk a week ago small cut over eye, bleed a fair amount, bruised up my eye all around. went to hospital had a cat scan brain is fine. Left upraised of face bruised a lot a couple of bumps otherwise ok. Here is my question 5 days after the accident, I suddenly woke up and I had two bruises just to the left of my mouth fairly good size. Is this unusual to have bruises show up that much later after an accident?
