I felt disoriented and light headed this morning followed by chest pressure and pain behind left eye and some numbness on left side of face. BP is 110/80 pulse 85. At this time chest pressure not as bad but severe headache and pain behind left eye. Was diagnosed with chairi malformation 5 years ago have had mri 3 times since then no severe issues found last mri 2 years ago
