I Find Myself Losing My Breath When Talking. I Have

I find myself losing my breath when talking. I have allergies and am getting allergy shots but all of my lung tests and my lung capacity is normal. My SaO2 is always >97%. I am overweight so I was thinking it could be related to that. Or possibly anxiety. Thoughts?
