I Found Out Through A CT Scan That I Have

I found out through a CT scan that I have only one vertebral artery connected; apparently I may have been born without the other one connected. They told me that the other one seems to be flowing OK, and it will be sufficient for the blood flow. I am concerned with possible issues resulting from this, especially since we have a history of "blockages" in my family. Also, could this possibly be causing some of the head pressure I feel so much? It seems like every time I do anything remotely physical now, I feel this pressure inside my head. I thought it was sinus pressure for years, then I had a balloon sinuplasty done; only helped a little. I'm looking for any info I can get.....can;t seem to find much on the internet about this.
