I gave my sin entrogermena oral 5ml for 3 days on as he had loose motion and vomit on 3rd I gave him only once as he didn't pass stool and it seemed motion had stopped also as he was not eating and then vomited after drinking juice on forth day morning he had fever so I gave him adol 5 ml he is 4 and a half and domperidone 5ml as he would not vomit then he asked for soup so I made in 1cup water porridge soup with 1 tbsp then he passed stool not semi solid so now I gave him entrogermina y is he having ng fever and am I treating him ok
