I Get Choked Easily On My Own Salvia Quite Often.

I get choked easily on my own salvia quite often. Sometimes I cough so much after getting choked that I vomit. Tonight I noticed I was spitting up bloody mucus, so I looked in my throat and seen I have 3 bumps on the back of my throat that are bleeding a little. Is this something I should be concerned about?
