dear sir i am 16 years old boy some times i go to toilet i see sperm with urine due to wet dreams after i wake up and go to toilet i see them sperm also come out with urine and it come by stop and coming please help me thanx

Sometime it is happened in the teen age due to over thinking of sex.it is not a disease,don't worry.Concentrate your mind in your study. You can take some multivitamin with Zinc formula.
