I get these sores kind of like mini cysts on my inner thighs and like the lower crease on my buttocks I don't have any STDs I've been tested. they're kind of like ingrown hairs but a lot larger and if i drain them sometimes just pus or just a clear fluid sometimes blood they stay for a long time and eventually they leave, leaving a reddish purplish scar I'm wondering what they are and how I can treat them.
