I Got A Sinus Infection In Early August And Was

I got a sinus infection in early August and was given antibiotics and nasonex spray. The infection cleared up in 6 days. In early October I caught a very bad cough and cold and it took over a month to clear up. As soon as I felt better the sinus pain returned. I once again took 10 days of antibiotics and the nasonex spray. It's been 2 weeks since I finished the antibiotics and there has been no improvement. My sinuses are so swollen you can see it on my face. Should I go back to the doctor? I have also been using a saline rinse but it provides only temporary relief. Please help
