I got a small burn from cooking oil on my lower neck on Saturday . It formed a blister and the top skin came off a day ago, I covered the raw skin with neospotin and a bandaid. Starting yesterday the area was itchy and now I have a blotchy red rash on my neck and decoupage. I applied Cortisone cream took care of the itch, but the blotchy rash seems to be moving up toward the base of neck. Should I go and get some benedryl? The area does not itch anymore so I’m not sure what to apply
