I Got My Period On Saturday It Was Orange Then

I got my period on saturday it was orange then turned deep red yesterday afternoon i bled through 3 pads in an hour and stayed pretty heavy throughout the day. Today i had heavy bleeding and it has slowly gone down to a mild flow. Should I still go to ER even though I bled that much yesterday?
