I Got Sick Back In December. I Had One Swollen

I got sick back in December. I had one swollen (left) tonsil, vertigo, and muscle twitching the first few days. The doctors told me that I had a virus, but they didn't say which kind. The vertigo went away a few days later, but then I started to get muscle spasms/twitching all over my body. It's been about three months and my muscle twitching and spams have not gone away. Both of my tonsils are now slightly swollen (not as severe) and I don't know if I should go back to the doctors. The muscle spams are worse on the left side and the other day I felt a small lump in my neck on the left side. I know that these are a lot of symptoms and I've never experienced something like this before. I don't know if this is correlated, but ever since I got this infection I have a lot of floaters in my left eye.
