I Had ACDF Surgery In January 2016. My Right Vocal

I had ACDF surgery in January 2016. My right vocal cord was paralyzed, and I have been having dysphagia problems. After manometry studies it has been determined that I have Jackhammer esophagus. Very Painful, and hard to swallow lieges and thick foods. Could the surgery have triggered this problem or was it underlying. It is November and my right vocal cord is still not moving.... so there was laryngeal nerve damage? I had an endoscopy and botox was applied, but it has made symptoms worse. Your thoughts?
