I Had C4,5,6 Fusion 9 Years Ago, Am Currently Having

I had C4,5,6 fusion 9 years ago, am currently having neck pain again along with numbness in both arms and hands, mainly pinky, ring and middle fingers, also loss of grip. I have been to GP referred to Pain specialist, MRI results:
1. Mild grade1 retrolisthesis of c3 on c4. at this level a broad-based central disc protrusion causes severe central canal stenosis and cord flattening. No intrinsic cord signal abnormality identified. No syrnix
2. Additional broad-based central disc bulge/protrusion at c6-7 causes mild/moderate central canal stenosis
Can you translate medical jargon into laymans terms and suggest treatment options please?
