I Had SLAP Surgery On Right Shoulder And 12 Weeks

I had SLAP surgery on Right shoulder and 12 weeks post surgery my shoulder is frozen allowing only approximately 20% range of normal motion. I am continuing PT up to 6 times a week along with daily stretching exercises as prescribed. There appears to be no improvement in range of motion over the past 3-4 weeks. What are the options for additional therapies? (injections, joint distension, MUA, Scope to free adhesions?).
