I had Shingles a few months back which healed fairly quickly Im 27 in shape and overall good health. All of the areas where I had the shingles outbreak now have blackhead looking clusters which I can squeeze out what essentially look like either blackheads or whiteheads popping. Is this still an active virus? Are they dangerous to pop? I think the scar is starting to go away now that Ive starting clearly these out. Thanks.
