I Had A 60 Milligram Shot Of Kenalog Last Thursday

I had a 60 milligram shot of kenalog last Thursday and Friday. I had a glass of wine my cheeks got really red and stayed that way until Sunday night I have a viral infection. That is what the bi opscie said I was breaking out with round red itch 3 at a time they. Would come and stay for three for five days then three no one's would break out then it's really really bad and now I'm really sick with a cold or some Chyna I don't know what and I need to know when I can take I can take anabiotic's they had CDF three years ago so I'd like to know what I can take I had the shot and Thursday the shot is Kenalog 60 mg thank you
