I had a D&C abortion one year ago, and a previous abortion 10 years ago. After my D&Con year ago the surgeon said that my cervix was hard to open. I am worried that means it was damaged in the procedure. I get some spotting after ovulation and just before my period, which is usually a pink discharge. I did not have this spotting as frequent before my recent abortion. If my cervix is damaged can it heal by its self, say any minor tears? I have no pain during my cycle.
