I had a TKR 9 months ago and was healing great. About 3 weeks ago my knee began to swell bigger than through the recovery period. I have stiffness and pain 24 hours a day. I can not bend the knee without crying and straightening the knee is just as painful. I can not get up from a sitting position anymore, the knee is warm to touch and I have developed a red patchy rash on my leg. Blood work OK, Xray ok and ultrasound ok, but pain med are not control
ling the pain nor is rest elvation or ice helping. What is my next course of action?
