I had a UTI over a year ago, A STD screening, and blood work to test for HIV all were negative so Doctor says I can rule those out. However, I have experience some occasional irritations ever since the antibiotics cleared up the UTI. They are mild, no bleeding, pus, discharge. What I have noticed however. I have a feeling like urine is difficult to contain, tho it does not leak from my urethra(incontinence) but it feels like it is in my penis sometimes especially when I need to urinate. This never occurred before the UTI. The pressure was always in my bladder and never in my penis, perhaps the UTI damaged something in my urethra? the other two things I noticed and I have discussed them all with my doctor who seems unconcerned. 1, pressure or air in my urethra like bubbles escaping, sometimes after urination, sometimes just sporadically even when i am relaxed. 2. when I masturbate, I notice that there is pressure in the urethra unlike any I'd ever experienced before the UTI that feels like a pocket below the glans in my urethra. It causes these popping sounds from the pressure escaping the tip as I masturbate. Sometimes this leads to uncomfortable ejaculation, and when that happens and I go to urinate afterwards I feel a click like something shifting, and a loud popping noise as I urinate. I do not have painful urination, no bleeding, or pus, no visible signs that I can see and Have looked repeatedly. I'm not sure what to do, I apologize for the length of this inquiry, but not knowing how to describe them I did the best I could.
