I Had A Bad Migraine A Couple Of Months Ago

I had a bad migraine a couple of months ago that left a burning pain on the top of my scalp. I thought nothing of it since 10 years ago I had the same thing and the the doctors said it was just a pulled muscle. A MRI was done and was OK and the pain went away in about a month. This time the pain stayed and kept giving me migraines. Last month the pain started going down my face on the left side and now it hasw moved down my neck to my chest and arms. I am on 1200mg gabapentin and 125mg of indomethacin. They cant keep up with the pain though and I am anxious at night and cannot sleep since the nerves are so fired up. What can I do? The place where my pain started is still acting up and I have been to the emergency many times. Before this I only went to a doctor once a year for a checkup. Please help.
