I had a bi lateral tubectomy following an emergency c section 10 months ago. I am nursing as well and my menstrual cycle has not returned. My stomach is very bloated and inexperience cramps each night. This was my fifth delivery and with my other children I would have had a cycle by now. I have people asking me if I am pregnant again because my stomach is growing larger by the week. Could there be an underlying issue related to my tubectomy?
