I Had A Blood Test For My Vitamin B12 Drawn

I had a blood test for my Vitamin B12 drawn after I had taken a supplement that morning.
i had just started taking B12. My result was 1555/high. I assume results were high because I had just taken. But does this mean that I am not deficient? i am having continued numbness in feet and sometimes up to my knees, varying degrees of coldness. Numbness mainly at toes and feel like my socks are gathered up at the ball of my feet. Peripheral neuropathy has been ruled out.
