I had a button turp surgery 4 months ago It was only mildly successful and when checked again doc said small scar tissue and a slight regrowth of the prostate which is still making it difficult to start a stream and pee. Will a second surgery be more successful or could it still result with the same results. Also is Avadart a good second alternative? Your best guess would be appreciated. I am just turning 64 yrs.
