I had a chest Xray done and it came back with the following finding "3mm nodule consistent with granuloma right upper lobe". My doctor says it is probably benign and would have to check an year from now. But he says if we want to be extra careful, I can go for a CT. i and my husband are trying to get pregnant. Is a CT completely necessary at this point or can I wait an year and get another Xray then?
