Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a chest x-ray on 30 of Aril. Today May2, my doctor called and ask if I have been having fever or spitting up mucus or trouble breathing. I told him no I have not had a cold in years and cant remember the last time I was sick with flue or cold. I did tell him I was in a accident I had some 35 40 years ago in which my right lung was collapsed. That is is the same lung the right one he was talking about he has ordered a ct scan on May 4th to rule out phenomia. What else could he be looking for and is this a sign of cancer. I quit smoking about 5 to 8 year ago but even befor that I have been lucky I just don get sick very often . Thanks
