I Had A Colonoscopy And Was Told There Was Some

I had a colonoscopy and was told there was some inflamation and some ulcerations in my small intestines. I did have surgery about 5 years ago for a stricture deep in my small intestines. I feel fine now, no symptoms of any kind. Had blood work, negative for Crohns desease. Had an MRI which did show the inflamation and ulcerations. My doctor is recommending I take Pentasa, 8 pills throughout the day, and Budesonide, 3 pills a day. He is suspecting a possibility of Crohns. This medication is very expensive. I am retired and really cannot afford it. What happens if I decide not to take the meds, but just to be monitored in some way. Any advice you can give me, would be helpful. Thank you
