I Had A Colonoscopy Yesterday And When I Came Out

I had a colonoscopy yesterday and when I came out of it I could not roll to my right side because a sharp pain in the lower stomach/groin area hurt. After passing gas it would feel better but get worse if I tried to roll on my right side. Today I am have pain in the right side of the groin and upper leg to the point I sometimes cannot walk on it. Is this something to be concerned about?
