I Had A Complete Hysterectomy In 2015. Today I Was

I had a complete hysterectomy in 2015. Today I was told I have an abnormal pap, and a lesion where my cervix used to be. And I still have HPV, which led to the worst grade of precancerous cells, which led to hysterectomy. Can't the top of my vagina be removed to get rid of the precancerous lesion to avoid chemo or other less aggressive treatments?
