I Had A Csection 6 Months Ago, Periods Were Regular

I had a csection 6 months ago, periods were regular for past 3 months, had unprotected sex, used morning after pill correctly (have used it a few times with no side effects) I had an early period a few days after taking the pill. A week later I had another period that went on to spotting and now a orange type colour with a really offensive and fecal like smell. I wash everyday and wipe front to back, I have no pain in the abdomen, is this normal?
