I had a cyst rupture in May 2015 which was removed. My blood count was low and I was really sick before this. My periods were coming on once a month but heavy with clotting for 3 then 7 or more days. Now after surgery still having same symptoms and pain in stomach and pelvic area, when I have sex, sometimes when I urinate it hurts but no burning and my periods have been coming on ever 14 to 12 days lasting 5 days very heaving and clotting and now my periods are bright red for first day then turning very dark and the blood has an odor that I have never had before. What do you think is the cause of this?
