I had a cystoscopy along with stretching my bladder under general anesthesia. Everything went well but just as I was coming out of the anesthesia, I had an episode of PSVT. My heart rate went up to 180. The doctor gave me Esmolol and Lebetalol and everything went back to normal. Should I be worried about this? I have never had a reaction from anesthesia. The doctor did give me Zofran for nausea, I wonder if this medicine caused the PSVT. Thank you. Cynthia
