I Had A Fall Leaving The Restaurant And Tripped On

I had a fall leaving the restaurant
And tripped on a concrete step.
I fell on my left side causing trauma to the left side below the left breast and left leg and right knee. No skin was broken or scared. I was fortunate not to hit MY head or break any bones. I was wearing slacks and long sleeves thankfully. I am scheduled to see MY doctor on wednesda
I experience pain on the left side
When I lay down . It is like a swollen organ . It is not painful when IN an upright position.
I have normal bowels, no nausea
No temperature, normal APPETITE, no sign of bleeding.
What do you suggest?
