I Had A Grease Fire Last Thursday In My Apartment.

I had a grease fire last Thursday in my apartment. I was not coughing or anything. It was smoky but I got rid of the things that caught fire and I have bleached and cleaned my kitchen and dishes. I still smell burnt oil and I have aired out my place everyday for at least 2-4 hours. Should I worry of carbon monoxide poisoning? This happened almost a week ago and I have shown a couple of signs but I feel like I am just freaking myself out.
I have a fire detector, and a carbon monoxide detector by my bedroom door. I also got second degree burns on my hands as the fire got close to my face and hands. There was black smoke on my walls but I bleached them and sanastized them.
