I had a hair transplant 8 years ago. I was left with itchy, scaly patches at the top of the scalp. The hair transplant company could not help me, and so we made a settle I am ment. The itching has subsided quite a bit over the 8 years. But, I am left with scaly patches, rough skin at the top of the scalp. I am a 72 year old female. I hope you have some suggestions. I have seen NUMEROUS dermatologists --
