I had a kidney infection in July 2015 with vomiting. Moderate infection. Tested for infection on Friday and put on antibiotics. Also had vomiting and severe headache as in July. Cat scan was done in July showing no problems. Current lab work shows no infection, but I still have the same symptoms as in July. Do I proceed taking one more day of antibiotics? Should I be worried about further kidney issues? Do I need to see a specialist at this time?
