I Had A Large Lipo Sarcoma Removed From My Thigh

I had a large Lipo sarcoma removed from my thigh 3 years ago. Radiation followed. Have always had manageable pain. 1 Advil at night to get comfortable to sleep. In the last 2 weeks I seemed to have injured it walking a little. Groin and upper front thigh painful to walk. 8 Advil per day. What do I need to do heal Injury. I am hoping it is an injury and it won't be this way forever. I am assuming the radiation affected the soft tissue.
