I Had A Lumbar Laminectomy L 1 Through S1 And

I had a lumbar laminectomy L 1 through S1 and lumbar fusion L 4-5. 9/9 14. Now I have a vertebrae fracture 11/14, at L 4. the pain is terrific. The neurosurgery has prescribed Valium, dex pack and pain pills, but do not seem to be helping. What else can I do
