I Had A Lump Removed Through Surgery From My Left

I had a lump removed through surgery from my left breast in the year 2010, later in the year 2011 I had conceived and has a baby girl, after this delivery, near the operation scare I started getting some thick skin, later on it became plain and that part started becoming hard, also after few months the left beast became smaller than the right one, now I have some lump in the aroela, and the skin pore is large.
