I had a mastectomy and two lymph nodes were malignant an after radiation I am now on arimadex. The lymph nodes were removed so is the arimadex really going to do that much good. I ask becuz I am having side affects I don't like

I am extremely tired and I am starting to ache in my joints and have only been in it for one month

Becuz I did not have chemo I just wonder if this is really going to help
