I Had A Membrane Sweep This Morning (10am) And Had

I had a membrane sweep this morning (10am) and had decent cramping and contractions since then every 7-10 minutes and then got very very tired. I was able to sleep but still woke up 3 times with cramping. My dr said I was 3 cm and 3/4 effaced before sweep. Is this normal
