I Had A Meningioma Craniotomy Surgery On October 13 (3

I had a meningioma craniotomy surgery on October 13 (3 weeks ago) & released from the hospital 3 days later. The surgeon Dr. Bobek said it was successful & the tumor was benign.
So far recovery has been pretty good other than I get so tired of sitting or lying down, with 2-4 walks per day. My rear-end has severe pain near the tail bone area & deep in the buttocks. I was prescribed oxycod-acetamin 5-325 MG. I took it only if necessary for headache & bottom pain. I did not like the way it made me feel, so my doctor said I could just take regular acetaminophen instead. It works fine for the headache, but not much for the bottom pain. I just must get up in a panic to stand, walk or move some how.
But now worse than that is the strong, drawing cramp/ charlie-horse in my buttock & ham string that is a 10+ on my pain level. Almost unbearable, especially at night when I am turning over or trying to get up.
Can this be related to any nerves that were cut/ or something else during the surgery?
I have an appointment with Dr Bobek on November 9th to ask about that, but for now I'm wondering if I can take some lorazepam 0.5 MG that I have leftover from when I was in the hospital about a year ago. They expire 12/16. I just realized that you are probably going to say I should call him, due to your risk of liability(?).
Thank you for taking your time to read this & reply, if you do:)
