I Had A Pap Smear Done On Tuesday And I

I had a pap smear done on Tuesday and I take Birth control pills everyday maybe a bit earlier in the morning maybe at 8:40am and I have been having red bleeding, brown discharge, and clots coming out too. I took a pregnancy test it was negative. It keeps starting and stopping too. What is going on?
