I Had A Penile Prosthetic Surgery On Friday Afternoon And

I had a penile prosthetic surgery on Friday afternoon and have been in recovery since then. This morning I woke up and there appeared to be a vast improvement in the appearance of the area. I then ate some breakfast and sat around conversing with my girlfriend for a couple of hours. I then went in to use the toilet and noticed what looked like an excessive amount of blood pooling in my foreskin, scrotum and penis in general. I've been fairly active since surgery, cleaning my house, doing laundry etc. and have been feeling fine but am concerned with pooling. Is this normal and to be expected?
