I Had A Root Amputation About Half A Year Ago

I had a root amputation about half a year ago in my upper left furthest back molar. There is still some tenderness and if I press high in my cheekbone, I feel some sensitivity. I have been getting nosebleeds on the left side and feel gland tenderness in my neck and shoulder on the left side. Actually, the left side of my body seems to feel as though there is always a low grade infection, if not some sort of inflamed internal fluid build up feeling. Difficult to explain. Tooth had a crown from childhood and root canal, prior to root amputation. Ideas?
I am an active, fit 57-year-old woman. Crown was done after a childhood bike accident.
