I Had A Small Amount Of Bright Red Spotting After 2 Days Ovulation. Could This Be A Very Early Miscarriage ?

I am trying to conceive but 2 days after ovulation i had a small amount of bright red spotting. Could this be a very early miscarriage ? ive never had it before.
