I Had A Steroid Injection In My Spine Yesterday. This

I had a steroid injection in my spine yesterday. This morning I drove east facing the morning sun for about ten minutes. Later I felt my face burning. Looked in the mirror and my face was swoolen and bright red. My chest is also burned. My question is, Did the injection make my skin more sensitive to sunlight?
