I Had A Surgery (laporscopic D&C) Where My Abdominal Artery

I had a surgery (laporscopic D&C) where my abdominal artery was punctured in 2004. I awoke with severe nerve pain on my left side (back to calf) that remained until a subsequent surgery where that doctor was able to alleviate the pain although I had numbness in my front thigh. Now 10 years later, it feels like the nerve is "waking up" and I have tingling, ripping, burning, aching in my groin, pelvis and knee). What can be done besides more medication? I was on Neurotin, Tramadol, and Ulram back in 2004 and I never found out the root cause. I also have Myasthenia Gravis (is this making my symptoms worse?)
