I Had A Tooth Extracted Four Days Ago. It Was

I had a tooth extracted four days ago. It was infected when it was pulled. Now the extraction site is white and I can still taste infection along with white on my tongue and the back of my throat. I'm on keflex for another infection in another tooth but nothing seems to be clearing up. Should I be concerned?
